An extension to an Arts & Crafts Villa in Sevenoaks. Tile-hanging, visible timber structure, upgraded and rationalised glazing, energy-efficient construction, all in keeping with the traditional building style and materials. Replacing an over-glazed extension which was freezing in winter and too hot in summer.
Tile-hanging matches the original building.
