Crickhowell Passivhaus

A new-build house, certified as built to the low-energy Passivhaus standard. Timber-framed, with Douglas Fir cladding to the rear elevation and lime-washed rough-cast render to the front and sides. The house has a green Sedum roof to the side wing and an oak frame porch. Careful planning negotiations were required due to its location within a Conservation Area in the Brecon Beacons National Park.
